Forum Bug

Hi all,

We're aware of a peculiar forum glitch that's causing some subforums to be locked.

Due to the lateness at this time, it might be a while before the glitch can be remedied, because despite my best efforts and as far as I can tell, everything seems to be working fine admin-side. It may have …

*wipes sweat from brow* Whew, political correctness is a lot of hard work. But it has to be done.

ANYWAYS, we did it - we (almost) survived 2016 which, I think we can all agree, was pretty damn terrible in many ways.

Regardless, it was a good year on the forums - we've met some new faces, set out …

Poll: Revised Idea

Post by Bat on Fri May 09, 2014 7:08 pm

Hey everyone
As you know, I did an RPG, GXU.wav, that didn't start out good and I need to revise some things. Here is the revised plot with fantasy in it:

In a non-magical scientific world where "Fictiouses"(Fantastical creatures) reside with humans.
New Neo City is the Capital of the most advance technology ever in the country called Neonia.
The country has distant cities, villages, valleys, swamps, etc that have poor or no technology at all that and Fictiouses and Humans have to live a simple life.
NNC barely have Fictiouses living there bcz most of them dont like using technology.
But there is a rumor going on. In NNC, the Fireshot Inc. are capturing Fictiouses and mechanicizing them into robot forms.
It is because their racist mentality towards Fictiouses and they will get in the way how technology is developing by us, humans.
If we cant get rid of them, then we make them to "accept" our technology.
So why not turn them into a robot counterpart of themselves so they can serve us and help us improve our technology?

It was a rough draft. I am planning to put the capital in the middle of the country and have poor and/or average places for the two races. I am planning to allow anyone to pick their fictional creature with some restrictions. Also, I have pics of a few places for the RPG.
As for my characters, one will be a human living in a poor places with steampunk like technology and have the son of the corporation be involved in the plot where my character, Zap, will try to stop the mechanization with a help of a group that contains both types of races

What do you think? I would appreciate if you comment about and what it needs to be improved
