Are you asking how many branches of magic there are? There's 10. One for each council member I believe.

I don't think there are any subsets, if that's what you are asking; just the magics listed. But then again, I don't really know.

Like Ace said, I was kind of leaning towards not having magic branch off into more complicated magic just because, well, the magicians of Laonia are already waaay to OP, and that's just the grunt commoner... The GM is insane.

Plus, I didn't want the magic to confuse or deter people from having an enjoyable time. Of course, my natural tendencies will draw me into making some magic-centered RPG in a while, but I can make no promises.

But yeah, for now, just the 10. You don't have to be in the council too, those are just the only spots being filled right now. The council members aren't any different than commoners ability-wise, though some may have had more training than others.
