    Hi guys! This is a Constitution for CHB I typed up. I am always open to suggestions, just so long as they aren't Article additions. In addition, I am open to Amendments as well.
    Preamble
    We the Demigods of Camp Half-Blood, in order to form a safer haven, establish weaponry, insure that you probably won’t get killed here, provide for free food, promote general coolness, and secure the Blessings of our Godly Parents, do ordain and establish this Constitution for Camp Half-Blood.

    Article I (Claiming Process)
    Section I

    All demigods, upon arrival, shall receive their “claiming” by their godly parent, which shall consist of a floating hologram above his or her head (among other occasional effects).

    Section II

    All demigods, upon claiming, shall begin the development of his or her power(s), which shall be determined by parental lineage, with a maximum of two (2) powers.

    Article II (Leadership)
    Section I

    The leadership of Camp Half-Blood shall be determined by three (3) factors: rule by length of stay at camp; duties of the demigod in position; and whether or not they require other demigods to maintain a position as “human footstool.”

    Section II

    The counselorship of Camp Half-Blood shall be determined either by a) seniority rule, or b) a “knock out” game of swords play and power usage. In addition, those named “Terry” shall be denied promotion to counselorship due to suspicion of treason [nullified by Amendment V].

    Section III

    Additional leadership must be maintained by the centaur Chiron, who shall also be the Director of activities pertaining to Camp, including Capture the Flag.

    Article III (Quests and Prophecies)
    Section I

    The assignment of camp quests shall be determined by meeting with the Camp Oracle. Provided that the demigod has not gone clinically insane after said meeting, he or she shall choose 2 other companions to journey on the quest given. This “rule of three” must never be broken, unless specifically stated otherwise in the prophecy given by the Oracle of Delphi.

    Article IV (Technology Prohibition)
    Section I

    The use of technology pertaining to and including the utilization of signals and frequencies transmitted to and from cell towers is to be strictly prohibited within Camp limits. This does not include online interactions, such as gaming and the Internet. In addition, the games "Farmville" and "Candy Crush Saga" are strictly prohibited.

    Article V (Interaction with Mortal Society)
    Section I

    The discussion of Camp-related activities, divine interaction, and otherwise events classified as “mythical” to the mortal world shall never be discussed outside of Camp with those of no godly or divine relation to the Greek world.

    Section II

    The use of magical weaponry, including Celestial bronze and magic, shall never be used against mortals, even in the direst of situations.

    Section III

    In the event of a mortal, who has failed to have been cloaked by the Mist, witnessing an event of divine or otherwise strange proportions, a specialist of the Mist must be able to further strengthen the magical veil, by means of magic, or mere persuasion.

    Article VI (Amendment Process)
    Section I

    The amendments to this Constitution must be ratified by a majority vote of at least 68 votes to 32 votes. Campers of eligible voting rank (at least 2 years seniority at camp) must be able to vote on at least one issue in their lifetime.

    Article VII (Ratification (or lack thereof))
    Section I

    The ratification of this Constitution is not necessary, as most of these articles should be fairly obvious to even the most stupidest of heroes.

    AMENDMENTS (17 current amendments):

    Amendments will be listed here. Feel free to come up with as many as you want. They can be fanon, but at least somewhat in the realm of canon too. Don't worry about time stamps: Just reference events.

    *Some amendments may be fabricated. Several are based off of events from the CHB RPG on Wizard101 Central*

    Amendment I: (Written by Zedd) Due to the incident of the Martha Stewart-Impersonating Book Banshee Attacks, only Hecate children are permitted to be alone in the Hecate library. Others who wish to use books must have a partner at all times. In addition, visitors to the Hecate library are forbidden to sing the "Ghostbusters" theme song.

    Amendment II: (Written by ~Pikachu~) Those found guilty of participating in the trend of "raiding" (the act of plundering and offensive magic utilization) shall be subjected to biannual potion searches and probation for a period of up to one (1) century (100 years), depending on the severity of the "raid."

    Amendment III: (Written by ~Pikachu~) As a compromise of the Great War Of The Caves (referred to as the "CHB Civil War" by many and the "Big Freak Out" by Adam Volkov), Maple Clarmin, son of Hecate, must share time between the two belligerents in order to prevent another cataclysm by cuteness. Failure to share what shall be referred to as "Maple Time ^^" shall result in the end of peacetime brunch between the two groups and incarceration of the guilty party.

    Amendment IV: (Written by boyhoy) By a vote of 4-3, the Clarmin Potion Company shall officially be exempt from any accusations of side-effects not labeled by the producers, including hallucinogens, burnings, deaths, and teleportations. All potions are assumed to be consumed by the camper's consent.

    Amendment V: (Written by Zedd) The "Terry Clause" of Article II, Section II, is hereby nullified by a landslide vote of 110-1.

    Amendment VI: (Written by Zedd) As a result of the Terrible Satyr Stampede, no music of the "drum-n'-bass" or "dubstep" genre is allowed to be played over 95 decibels. In addition, no camper is allowed to use a weapon of satyr or nature spirit origin without the entity's consent.

    Amendment VII: (Written by ~Pikachu~) All magical objects with the purpose of hurting, maiming, injuring, or killing, and which are not meant for camp defense, are hereby subjected to search, seizure, rating, and approval of The Organization For a Better Magical Future (OFBMF).

    Amendment VIII (Written by Zedd): All campers and spirits are forbidden from traveling to the American State of Alaska and the Canadian provinces and territories of Yukon, the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Newfoundland and Labrador, under any circumstance, except when directed by a prophecy. Said prophecy must be thoroughly analyzed for verification. When prompted by prophecy, the questing demigods must meet Chiron in private to discuss the matters at hand.

    Amendment IX (Written by Zedd): Only campers of 15 years and above can be issued a golf cart license unless specifically stated by prophecy or during times of war. Applicants must have 2 years seniority at camp, and must pass a rigorous training course involving a written portion, a driving portion, and survival techniques.

    Amendment X (Written by Mythie): Campers (especially Poseidon campers) are forbidden from throwing other campers into the Lake, unless the camper being thrown is a) on fire, or b) had it coming.

    Amendment XI (Written by Zedd): All campers are forbidden from entering or traversing into the "Forbidden Lands," the areas surrounding the Mediterranean Sea (including Italy, Greece, Spain, and Egypt). Those found guilty of traversing these lands will be severely penalized. In addition, campers are also restricted from the childhood home of Charles Barkley.

    Amendment XII (Written by Zedd): This amendment hereby bans all Phobos and Deimos children from Camp perimeters because they're, like, so totally stupid and creepy and gross.

    Amendment XIII (Written by Zedd): This amendment hereby nullifies Amendment XII and subsequently bans all powers, especially charmspeak, from all Camp Half-Blood Constitutional Conventions.

    Amendment XIV (Written by Mythie): All campers who are featured on news channels, stations, or papers, and/or become a wanted criminal as decided by state or federal governments may no longer leave camp unless specifically stated by a prophecy, or there is a Camp emergency that requires it, until the Mist has cloaked the events which transpired. If arrested, Camp Half Blood will not bail him/her out and is not responsible for any loss or damages as a result of arrest or bail-out.

    Amendment XV (Written by Ace): Destruction of a cabin, partially or wholly, will result in a non-lethal punishment for the perpetrators, decided by the destroyed cabin's residents.

    Amendment XVI (Written by Zedd): In a time of war or national defense emergency (US DEFCON Levels 1-3 or CHB WARCON Levels 1-5), all cabins are to undergo extreme measures in maintaining war efforts in Camp Half-Blood's favor. 

    In the event that the Hecate cabin is ultimately threatened by an enemy, the Hephaestus and Ares cabins are to initiate Procedure 1289-κατάσβεση [Katasvesi] in an effort to ensure important materials (that must be relocated to the Athena cabin before Prodecure 1289 is initiated) are not compromised. 

    In addition, campers of high rank may be situated across the contiguous 48 states of America or in specified regions of the world (where needed).

    Amendment XVII (Written by Sentinel): Upon permanent departure of camp, all former camp members must take an oath on the River Styx never to use powers for evil, nor declare themself a "superhero."

    Amendment III:

    Due to the Great War Of The Caves, Maple's time is now split between the two waring parties. The war was deadly and killed many campers. Failure to split Maple time will result in the end of brunch between the two caves and incarceration of the guilty party

    The Clarmin Potion Company is not responsible for any hallucinogens, burnings, deaths, or other side-effects of potions produced by said company. All potions are consumed at the camper's own risk.
