Hi all,

We're aware of a peculiar forum glitch that's causing some subforums to be locked.

Due to the lateness at this time, it might be a while before the glitch can be remedied, because despite my best efforts and as far as I can tell, everything seems to be working fine admin-side. It may have …

~Riada~

"Damn, we could've gone home to see mom and dad," I whispered with a chuckle, nudging Adair with my elbow.

"We would've been far too busy to see them," Adair whispered back, still watching the screen intently as he thrummed his fingers on his leg, "Besides...she wouldn't be ready to see us."

"You're right," I conceded with a sigh, slumping back into my chair, "Was a nice thought, though."

Slade breathed an internal sigh of relief upon seeing that he was with Gretchen.
He leaned in towards her, gently bumping her on the shoulder, and whispered "We're together!!" excitedly in her ear.

---

Annie took in all the details.
Bank heist? New York? This sounds kind of big.
Regardless, she was happy to be with the people she knew. She had grown somewhat attached to Gretchen, Slade and Lucille in the week of training.

"And Annie and Lucille!" Gretchen added, grinning, "How awesome is that? Where are they?"

Dang, a bank heist in New York... I grinned. This could be fun.

- Lucille -

I find my name, and, near the bottom of the list, I find Slade and Gretchen's as well. My grin gets stupidly big. Thank goodness I'm with them. And Annie doesn't sound bad, either.

- Maxwell -

New York City, hmm? This should be quite interesting. Will there be any chance that the faculty would allow us to tour the city? I doubt it, but it's a nice thought.

Once everyone's had the chance to absorb that information, the information vanishes, replaced by new information. "Team B," the voice announces.

Mission: Flush out two minor supervillains from Albany.

Mission Leader: Nightwatcher

Location: Albany, NY

Recommended Packing: Pack for an overnight stay.

Please report to the South Field at 8:15:00 EST

Participants:
-Ada Adler
-Bridget Baumgartner
-Ethan Blanc
-Sophia Hayes
-Aava Monet
-Phoebe Murdoch
-Kendall Nolan
-Thea Tethys
-Loretta Williams
-Xavier Xiques

~ Loretta ~
I smile excitedly when I see my own name on the list for Team B. This was going to be so much fun! "Two minor supervillians," like the robber I stopped back home! It sounds easy. Plus-- I am on a team with both Kendall and Sophia. An easy mission with my friends? Sounds great!

- Kendall -

I'm with Loretta? I have to actually double check the list, because I'm not sure if I'm lucky enough to have been assigned that. But our names are both still there, so I grin. And Sophia's there, too. Not bad. Not bad at all.

"And, finally," continues the voice, introducing the last mission, "Team C."

I manage to walk in late, only to see my own name on the roster shown on the screen. Well, that's lucky. I don't really know anyone else on my team, but I don't really know anyone to begin with. I shrug. I'm sure i'll get to know more people on this mission. Maybe i'll get to use my power, too.

~Adair~

I sit up a little bit straighter once I finally see our names, reading over the screen carefully. We were with the Martin boys, which would make this trip more bearable since we had already started a friendship with them. Neither of us knew the others too well but they were a powerful bunch going off of what we saw in the Gauntlet.

This wouldn't be that bad.

"Aww man, we're not going to New York?" Riada asked with a frown, "Oh well, Missouri might be fun."

Seeing as they were sitting alone, Lachtna and Fiachra took the opportunity to comment and laugh quietly among themselves.

"What's MO?" Fiachra asked, "Missouri? Are there a lot of Spaniards in Missouri? Like, enough to name a town 'New Madrid'? I'm not putting it down, I'm just curious."

"Hey, they spelled my name right!" Lachtna clapped softly, "It took them a week, which is the fastest anyone's ever learned it, honestly. I'm proud of them. Oh, we're with Adair and Ria, too!"

"Y'all like twins? We got twins!"

"I'm just glad we're not going to New York."

(this was funnier in my head)
